Shipping and returns

Delivery time
We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 will be shipped the same day whenever possible. However, sometimes it may take longer if products are not in stock. We will keep you informed about the shipping status of your order.

The listed prices are exclusive of shipping costs.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the Alblasserwaard region for the following locations:

Tienhoven aan de Lek

Delivery in these locations is carried out by our own personal delivery service.

Shipping costs outside Alblasserwaard are as follows:

€ 7.95 for orders under €39
Free for orders over €39

Belgium, Germany, and Austria
€ 11.95 for orders under € 65
Free for orders over € 65

Delivery is handled by PostNL couriers or postal carriers. Generally, delivery will occur the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Store Pickup
You can also pick up your order at our store in Giessenburg. Select "Pickup" in the shipping method during the checkout process. If everything is in stock, you can collect your order the same day. In other cases, it may take 3 to 4 working days. We will keep you informed when your order is ready for pickup.

14-Day Return Policy
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return shipping from your home to the store is at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied, in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible. To use this right, you can fill out the Model Withdrawal Form and contact us via info@mistelimoncello.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass on the depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning.

Exchanging Product
Want to exchange your product? That’s no problem at all. You can contact info@mistelimoncello.com for this. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Incorrect Delivery Address Provided
Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Incorrect or Damaged Item
We care about our products and logically do our best to always deliver them in top condition and undamaged. The packaging we use is specially designed for transporting bottles. Therefore, all our deliveries arrive undamaged. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service. We will then try to find an appropriate solution together.
