- 30ml Místè Limoncello
- 60ml Prosecco
- 2 Scoops of lemon ice cream

You need a blender for this scroppino.
Make sure everything is ice cold, but take the lemon ice cream out of the freezer 15 minutes before you start.
Spoon the lemon ice cream scoops, the prosecco and the Místè limoncello into the blender. Mix the whole to a nice smooth result. Pour the scroppino into a champagne glass and garnish with a mint leaf or lemon zest.
Tip: A sugar rim on the glass edge is also very nice and festive.
