  • Dr. Oetker Quark Cake package, natural flavor
  • 60g Butter
  • 200ml Místè Limoncello
  • 200ml Water
  • 500g Full-fat (or low-fat) quark
  • 250ml Whipping cream
  • 1 jar of lemon curd
  • Extra needed:
  • 24cm Springform pan
  • Mixer with whisk attachment
How to make it!
  1. Prepare the quark cake mix according to the instructions on the package, but use 200ml water instead of 400ml and add 200ml Místè Limoncello. This gives the cake a delightful, refreshing lemon flavor.

  2. Pour the mixture into the springform pan and spread it evenly. Place the cake in the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours. Patience is key here.

  3. After 3 hours, take the quark cake out of the fridge. Put the lemon curd in a bowl and mix it until smooth. Spread the lemon curd evenly over the top of the quark cake and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.

  4. Your Limoncello Cheesecake is now ready to serve! For an extra festive touch, add a dollop of whipped cream to each slice.
