Limoncello cheesecake Místè Limoncello
Cheesecake with a nice fresh twist. Wonderfull airy, fresh and creamy cheesecake for a beautiful summer day.


  • Dr. oetker cheesecake package natural
  • 60gr Butter
  • 200ml Místè Limoncello
  • 200ml of water
  • 500gr Whole (or low-fat) quark
  • 250ml of whipped cream
  • 1 jar of lemon curd

Persons: 12
Preparation time: 30min + 3 hours stiffen in the refrigerator

Extra needed

  • Springform pan 24 cm
  • Mixer with whisk

Preparation method

Make the cheesecake according to the description on the box but put 200 ml of water instead of 400 ml and then put 200 ml of Místè limoncello in its place.

After 3 hours, take the cheesecake out of the fridge. Put the lemon curd in a bowl and beat it briefly. Divide the lemon curd over the cheesecake and smooth with the bottom of a spoon.

The limoncello cheesecake is now ready to serve!

Tip: Delicious with a dash of whipped cream
